RxCommand Gmail Tracker: Privacy Policy

RxHealing LLC · 1626 Broadway, Bldg 26, Ste 150, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 · Effective October 29, 2026

Who it's for. The RxCommand Gmail Tracker is a work tool for RxHealing employees. It only works for someone signed in to RxHealing's RxCommand portal, and only in a Gmail mailbox ending in @rxhealing.com.

What it does. When an RxHealing employee sends an email from their work Gmail to someone outside RxHealing, the extension adds a small image and tracked links to that email so RxCommand can tell the employee when the email is opened and which links are clicked. It also adds an unsubscribe link. The employee can turn tracking off for any email.

What it sends to RxHealing. For tracked emails only: the recipients' email addresses, the subject line, and the email body so the tracking can be added. RxHealing stores the recipients, subject, the links in the email, and open, click and unsubscribe events (time, device type, and a one-way scrambled version of the IP address). The email body is not stored. The extension also stores a sign-in token in the browser so it knows which employee is using it.

What it never does. It does not read the inbox, other emails, or personal Gmail accounts. It does not sell or share data with anyone for advertising. Data is used only to show employees how their own emails performed and to honor unsubscribe requests.

People who receive tracked emails can stop future RxHealing emails with the unsubscribe link in any tracked email, or by emailing care@rxhealing.com.
